Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and lashes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at msvanteofficial@gmail.com, with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed for items deemed defective or incorrect.Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect fit, or delayed shipping due to courier issues.

Please handle your wigs and lashes with care.Each product comes with care instructions to ensure longevity and quality.Ms. Vante is not liable for damages caused by improper care or styling.
