All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, and other secure payment gateways. All payments must be made in full before dispatch.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch UK orders within 2–5 business days, and 7-14 business days for international orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to external postal issues.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Store Policy for detailed return and refund procedures. Wigs and care products must be unopened and in original condition to qualify.

 

7. Loyalty Scheme (V-Crowns)

By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to the separate terms under the Styling Coins Scheme. Points have no cash value and expire after 12 months of inactivity.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site/app — including logos, product photos, brand names, and descriptions — is the property of Ms. Vante and may not be copied without permission. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Ms. Vante is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from product misuse, website outages, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
